Models range from 1515 square feet to 1818 square feet. These town homes feature 2 car garage, full basement, central air conditioning, luxurious master suites with double sinks, whirlpool tub, generous walk in closets, 2nd bedroom with full baths and an optional 2nd floor study/3rd bedroom.

Our other development, The Ridge in Manchester, Connecticut is a popular established community with over 60 custom homes sold and will comprise of 100 homes upon its completion. Customers have a choice of 10 different custom home floor plans.

Currently we have beautiful wooded lots available in this popular development. Customers can customize their home plans with unlimited changes and possibilities with our hands on design team.

The timeline to move into your dream custom home is 5 to 6 months.

Both of these developments have public utilities including sewer, water and natural gas.
